This was one of the highlights of our day. On our way up to Mamoth, we got to see a mama bear with her two cubs as they came down out of a tree. It is amazing what good climbers those tiny little bears are. they were so cute too, you just wanted to hold one! We're glad they came down from the tree, it made them easier for us to see, but also possible for the kids to see (some of them were having a hard time spotting them up in the tree).

We were lucky enough to get to see a river otter eat his lunch today. We hiked up to Trout lake today, it's a great hike and hasn't disappointed us yet in our quest to see wildlife. The kids also thought the bridge over the waterfall was great.

When we stopped for lunch today, we found five little monkeys hanging out in the trees, aren't they cute!! Brylee really got into this camping thing and loved hiking around our picnic area, what a go-getter.

Every year we are in Yellowstone for the Memorial Weekend and can't seem to make it to the graves, so this year I took the kids to my sister's grave and my Grandpa's grave on Thursday. It was a fun experience to share some memories with my kids.

We found this horse for Brylee at D.I. today. Liberty and Kayson helped me give it a new paint job and then I gave it some new hair. It looks pretty good now and Brylee loves it. She can really get that thing going!

We celebrated Kainoa's birthday a day late today. He is 30!!!! We enjoyed cake and ice cream and
then the cousins went to play together while the adults played games. It was a fun night.

Kade and I went to Kansas for a job interview. We didn't have a lot of time for sightseeing, but we did at least get to go to the Liberty Jail. I also took this picture of the Liberty city limit sign just so Liberty could see it.

My flower gardens are coming along quite nicely this year i'm very excited to see the progress!

Easter Morning at Grandma and Grandpa Farley's house. The Easter Bunny found us!! Everyone found lots of yummy treats in the bunny baskets and then had a nice day going to church and enjoying a nice meal together.

Coloring Easter Eggs at Grandma and Grandpa Farley's house. The kids enjoyed this annual tradition and mom enjoyed it 'cuz there were so many helpers that she didn't have to sit there and color five dozen eggs, yeah!!!

March 2007.

Liberty and Kayson have been having fun playing Woody and Bullseye. It's pretty funny 'cuz Kayson is so tall that he has to walk his feet along as Liberty crawls. What a pair of goofballs!

Here is Brylee's tooth picture that grammy has been requesting. Brylee got her two bottom teeth and then that top one on the left came and just didn't quite match up. Since this picture she now has another matching tooth on the upper right. She looks like Goofy!

Well, somebody is enjoying my gardening efforts! The other night while i was weeding in my flower beds, i got to watch this humming bird moth enjoy a little treat before bed. I thought it was a hummingbird, but then realized it had too many parts to be a bird, so we looked it up and found out that it was a moth. It still flutters it's wings very quickly and hovers over the flowers like a hummingbird and is very pretty so it was a lot of fun to see.
