We decided we wanted to take the kids camping one more time before school started, so we made our big plans for this weekend. Originally we were going to go up to a campsite by Kelly Canyon, but when we go there, there was no shade (and it was hot that day) So we turned around and headed back Rexburg direction hoping to stay at a campground we'd seen called twin bridges. When we got there we found that there was no running water ( except the river) so, finally we ended up going to Rigby Lake. Our campsite was barely wide enough for our tent and we had cars passing us all night long, but the kids didn't notice and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The lake was a big hit as was the walking path. I can't believe I packed for hours and drove over an hour just to end up at Rigby Lake for a one night camp trip!

Aahhh I can't believe I have a five year old. It seems like just yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital. Time sure flies. It is so fun to see Liberty grow. She is so excited to start kindergarten and I'm excited too, she just drinks up more information than I can give here!
We had a fun little family party for Liberty's birthday. She seemed to enjoy it. And we all had fun watching Grammy play Dance Dance Revolution. Go, Grammy!!!!!!

Well our Farley Family Reunion was a success. Shaun's Grandparents were kind enough to let us use their cabin in Island park and we had a ball there. They had canoes, four-wheelers, and a game room, as well as a nice lawn area for outdoor games and we played all weekend long. We did everything from canoe trips, to skit night, to tin foil camp fire dinners. What good memories we have to last us until the next time we can all get togther.
